The DSQ Pioneer Monitor delivers proactive, predictive automation using the industry's most accurate tonnage and haul management system. Pioneer forecasts optimal pickup times based on data from each run cycle and historical data, and then directly schedules its own pickup with haulers — no human-in-the-loop required.

OnePlus supplies real-time fullness data. It offers real-time readings and LED keypad prompts. Users (often a manager or brokerage) must receive the emailed notice from the monitor and then arrange hauls with the vendor, manually. OnePlus does not appear to offer predictive haul scheduling automation.  

2. Equipment & Installation & User Interface

DSQ Pioneer:

• Simple, minimally invasive install—typically < 20 minutes.  No interaction with hydraulic hoses. Hardware mounts with magnets inside control panel. No return visits required.  

• Measuring electric signals only – no drilling or adjustments to the compactor or control panel. No need for specialty installation skills.

• Modern, intuitive UI consistent across web and mobile.

• Independent technology provider. Usable by any broker, hauler or waste generator.  

OnePlus:

• More involved installations – typically ~2 hours due to hydraulic hose interactions and hardware set up. May require return visits to make adjustments.  

• Measuring hydraulic pressures – installation by a skilled technician required and may require drilling for hardware control panel. Does monitor additional information such as valve wire, door switch wire, and full light wire that Pioneer does not monitor.

• UI not shown in public-facing documents. Unable to evaluate.  

• OnePlus is typically included in a brokerage relationship with Waste Harmonics Keter.
