We’re built simple on purpose.

Hauler dumpster rental software includes the tools only needed to run your business.

If you want legacy-type software that lacks API and doesn’t integrate with others systems, that’s not Hauler.

We work for businesses located in the United States and Canada.

Currently, we are only available in the US and in Canada. If you are located outside of those areas, we’re not the right fit for you at this time.  

Expansion plans are in place, so check back to know when Hauler is available in your market.

We’re built for roll off operations with 50 or fewer trucks.

If you have a larger fleet, you may need different software.

We currently lack route planning.

It’s in the product development roadmap for 2024 and our developers are actively working on it.  

But if this is a must-have feature you need at sign-up, Hauler isn’t right for you now.

The Hauler driver app is for drivers only.

We’re working on a mobile-friendly dispatcher app but currently, dispatchers utilize Hauler on a computer and can access the site on a mobile device through a browser.

If a mobile app is a top dispatcher priority, you can check Hauler off your list of contenders.

We continuously improve our software based on our customers’ feedback because we want all haulers to succeed. And sometimes that means pointing a business in a different software direction.
