It’s designed to make the entire waste brokerage operations process—vendor invoice gathering and invoice audits, incident management, work orders, compliance reporting, profit and revenue insights, billing automations, vendor and customer contract management—easier, accurate and more efficient.
We’ve built automated invoice retrievers, which we call Rovers, that you authorize to automatically fetch documents from vendor web portals. These Rovers are integrated with over 95% of North American waste hauler’s customer portals. The result is a single system of record for all of your vendor logins, and your vendor invoices. It’s so much easier to manage portal log-ins and vendor invoices with DSQ Discovery.
If no portal exists, you can also email invoices to DSQ Discovery and upload pdf's.
Yes. DSQ Discovery exposes a JSON-based REST API. You can generate API tokens via your My Profile → V1 API page and test endpoints in the built-in API Playground, starting with calls like /api/v1/gathered-vendor-invoice-files. Learn more in our API Getting Started Guide.

Your PDF back-up also lives here. This digitized contract, with line-item data, helps our software accurately audit waste invoices and then charge your customers precisely.
