Multiple Pioneer Compactor Monitors were deployed across seven locations of the real estate investment and property management company. Once the compactor monitor learned from the location, it went to autopilot and started self-scheduling hauls based on its predictive model. The results
Ten Pioneer Compactor Monitors were installed across seven locations. Pioneer’s predictive model allowed these properties to avoid 336 hauls during the first year after installation. This led to an annual reduction of 28,617.34 pounds of GHG emissions and savings of $42,002 on trash invoices annually.
