The Challenge

A monitored compactor was supposed to be placed on call starting April 18th, pausing its regular pickup schedule. However, the hauler still completed a weekly pickup on April 24th despite the expected schedule change. This miscommunication led to an unnecessary haul, creating unexpected costs for the client and raising concerns about hauler responsiveness.
