The client had a massive data landscape:
- 4,000–5,000 credentials
- 20,000 individual utility accounts
- 300–325 vendors
While our Rover platform already supports most haulers in North America, this client brought a highly customized vendor mix that required additional buildout to ensure full coverage for their specific account structure. With hundreds of vendors in play, our team quickly scaled the platform to meet their unique operational footprint, delivering a solution tailored to their needs.

Customer Data Onboarding Powered by Rovers
Through our Customer Data Onboarding service, DSQ Professional Services took full ownership of the process. The client was onboarded to the Gather tier, powered by DSQ Discovery’s Rover infrastructure.
To meet the client’s account and vendor needs:
- Developed integrations for over 200 additional vendors.
- Brought total support to 270 vendors.
- Enabled coverage of 75–80% of their total accounts.
This onboarding process required approximately three months, unusual only because of the extensive custom work involved. Most clients experience much faster onboarding timelines and often complete the process independently using our self-serve tools.
